Reclaim Your Inner Calm

Start a Meditation Practice You Can Stick To
So That You Can Focus, Relax, and Thrive

Tired of watching your thoughts jump around the romper room of your mind?

Do you have a hard time being present without judgment, especially when the present doesn’t seem all that great?

Maybe you’ve tried meditation before… thinking that if you can just observe your thoughts then you’ll somehow find a way to control them.

The problem is that your mind seems to have a mind of its own.

And observing it leap from one thought to another with no plan to harness it only makes you more anxious.

Maybe you’ve resigned yourself to thinking this is just how meditation works.

Or you’ve developed coping mechanisms like scrolling too much or keeping crazy busy to distract yourself from your racing thoughts.

It doesn't have to be this way.

I started trying to develop a meditation practice when I was a teenager.

For years, I tried various techniques to tap into a higher consciousness. But time after time, none of them seemed to work.

Still, I was convinced that meditation was the key to inner peace. So I kept looking.

WHEN I FOUND MANTRA MEDITATION, IT FELT LIKE A FRESH APPROACH.

Rather than simply observing my mind spin out, mantra meditation engaged it with uplifting, transformative sound.

When I looked into the philosophy behind it, I discovered that there was a time-honored metaphysical science that explained my experience.

That’s when I learned that mantra meditation isn’t a new concept. It’s a time-tested practice recommended in classic yoga wisdom texts like the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad-gita.

THIS ISN'T JUST WOO-WOO TALK.

Modern science confirms that focusing on a sound vibration can:

  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • enhance your ability to concentrate
  • elevate your mood
  • give you clarity of thought
  • promote increased self-awareness
  • make you emotionally resilient
  • connect you to a Higher Power
  • offer greater control over your mind

That’s because while mindfulness meditation asks you to observe your mind’s wanderings, mantra meditation offers something radically different—an anchor.

You don’t just observe the mind; you engage it with something uplifting.

It’s a technique which works with your mind’s natural need for activity.

And it works because it’s a universal practice rooted in timeless wisdom and designed for the way the mind naturally functions.

Hari's classes have always been a source of accessible knowledge and kind support in my tiny steps of devotion. Though I've studied mantras before, I knew I'd deepen my understanding with his workshop. Hari patiently and thoroughly explains historical context and abstract concepts in a way I can grasp and then practice and embody.

I’ve always been drawn to chanting, but didn’t want to take up the practice until I had a better understanding of the mantras’ cultural context and meaning. Thank you for answering all of my questions and making this practice accessible to me!
