Confident Teaching Starts Here
Even the best 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings have their limits.
This mentorship gives you the opportunity to explore ideas, techniques, and real-world applications that go beyond what most 200- or 300-hour trainings have time to cover. It’s a chance to grow your knowledge in a supportive, interactive setting—one that honors where you’ve been and removes obstacles to even greater success.
And in a time when so many are seeking clarity and connection, there’s a growing need for teachers who can offer an inspiring vision and lead with wisdom and purpose.
My small group mentorship will help you:
-
Integrate Philosophy: Learn to incorporate yoga wisdom into your classes so it feels relevant, accessible, natural, and inspiring.
-
Enhance Sequencing: Design harmonious asana sequences with intelligent structures and clear transitions.
-
Lead Mindfully: Guide meditations and visualizations that express the deeper purpose of yoga practice.
-
Communicate Authentically: Articulate your unique teaching perspective without resorting to gimmicks or commercial fluff.
-
Build True Confidence: Move beyond “imposter syndrome” by grounding your teaching in direct experience, clear knowledge, and true confidence.

How it works
This mentorship offers six interactive 90-minute online sessions, a personalized 45-minute one-on-one coaching call, and continuous email support—all within a close-knit group of 3 to 6 dedicated teachers.
We’ll begin by looking at how your relationship with yoga has evolved—on the mat, in your studies, and in your life. Together, we’ll explore where you are now, where you want to go, and what obstacles might be holding you back from offering the full depth of yoga—including asana, philosophy, and spiritual insight—to an ever-growing following of committed practitioners.
Throughout the process, you’ll gain clarity and confidence in how to integrate these elements into your classes in a way that feels right for you.
This isn’t about learning scripted sequences or memorizing philosophical soundbites; it’s about removing obstacles to realizing the full expression of your role as a teacher.
As the program progresses, we’ll focus on helping you translate that inner clarity into outer skill so you can become a magnet for the practitioners who are looking for what you have to offer and guide your students through practices that are both grounded and transformative.
By the end of the program, you’ll feel empowered to offer a complete yoga experience—rooted in higher knowledge, shaped by personal realization, and delivered with confidence.

FAQ
Small group mentorship taps into the ancient tradition of yoga, where teachings were passed down from teacher to student in intimate settings. Working in small groups allows for both a personalized approach to developing your unique style as a yoga teacher and the benefit of support from your colleagues. In this space, we can focus on the specific challenges and questions you face, offering guidance that resonates with where you are now and where you want to go.
By following this time-honored tradition, we create a sacred container for your growth, empowering you to embody yoga’s teachings with clarity and confidence so you can pass them on to others in a meaningful way.
This mentorship is unique because it’s designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of yoga and integrate its spiritual, ethical, and philosophical teachings into their classes and workshops.
Unlike other programs that may focus solely on asana, de-colonization, or new age spirituality, this mentorship draws from the Vedic yoga wisdom tradition and emphasizes the full scope of yoga as a complete experience.
A special feature of this mentorship is Hari’s knowledge and experience of strategic marketing and online entrepreneurship that can transform your approach to the business side of teaching yoga.
The small group structure ensures that our work together is meaningful and focused, helping you build the confidence to pass these deeper teachings on to your students with authenticity and clarity.
Each mentorship program lasts for about 3 months.
The cost for six group sessions, two pre-recorded classes, and the 1:1 session is $897 per teacher. An installment plan is available upon request.
This mentorship is an investment in both your personal growth and your professional development as a yoga teacher. By deepening your understanding of yoga’s spiritual and philosophical teachings, you’ll not only enrich your own practice but also enhance your ability to serve your students in a more meaningful way. The skills and insights you gain through this mentorship will set you apart from other teachers in a meaningful way, help make you an “in demand” teacher, and support your ability to attract more students to your offerings.
Upon completion, participants will receive 15 CE credits through Yoga Alliance.
You need to have either completed a Yoga Alliance registered 200-Hour YTT or have an equivalent level of training from a reputable school of yoga. The foundation of teaching yoga is being a forever student, and a 200-hour YTT certification or equivalent ensures you have that essential base of knowledge. Continued education fuels your passion, growth, and inspiration, allowing you to embody the qualities that resonate with your students.
When you remain dedicated to your own learning, your students will feel that energy and be inspired to approach their own practice with the same commitment and curiosity.
These live sessions are virtual via Zoom.
