How it works
We’ll begin our mentorship program by looking at how your relationship with yoga has evolved, where you are right now, and where you want to go on your yoga journey. Together, we’ll explore the questions that remain unanswered, the obstacles you’re facing in your practice, and the challenges you need to overcome in order to share the full depth of yoga with your students.
As we move through the process, you’ll gain insights that will bring you into closer alignment with a complete experience of yoga. This isn’t about learning scripted answers or memorizing philosophical soundbites; it’s about removing obstacles to your own comprehension and assimilation, so you can share from a place of knowledge and realization.
In the later sessions, we’ll focus on building the confidence and clarity you need to teach yoga as a complete experience. By the end of the program, you’ll feel empowered to guide others from a place of alignment, clarity, and purpose.

FAQ
Small group mentorship taps into the ancient tradition of yoga, where teachings were passed down from teacher to student in intimate settings. Working in small groups allows for both a personalized approach to developing your unique style as a yoga teacher and the benefit of support from your colleagues. In this space, we can focus on the specific challenges and questions you face, offering guidance that resonates with where you are now. By following this time-honored tradition, we create a sacred container for your growth, empowering you to embody yoga’s teachings with clarity and confidence so you can pass them onto others in a meaningful way.
This mentorship is unique because it’s designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice and integrate its spiritual, ethical, and philosophical teachings into both their personal lives and their teaching. Unlike other programs that may focus solely on asana or new age spirituality that’s disconnected from yoga’s roots tradition, this mentorship draws from the Vedic yoga wisdom tradition and emphasizes the full scope of yoga as a complete experience.
It’s also deeply personalized—tailored to your specific questions, challenges, and goals—offering a space that encourages critical thinking and self-discovery. The small group structure ensures that our work together is meaningful and focused, helping you build the confidence to pass these deeper teachings on to your students with authenticity and clarity.
Each mentorship program lasts for about 3 months: six sessions held every two weeks.
The cost for six group sessions and the 1:1 session is $897 per teacher. An installment plan is available upon request.
This mentorship is an investment in both your personal growth and your professional development as a yoga teacher. By deepening your understanding of yoga’s spiritual and philosophical teachings, you’ll not only enrich your own practice but also enhance your ability to serve your students in a more meaningful way. The skills and insights you gain through this mentorship can be directly applied to your teaching, helping you to grow both personally and professionally.
Upon completion, participants will receive 10 CE credits through Yoga Alliance.
Yes, you do. The foundation of teaching yoga is being a forever student, and a 200-hour YTT certification ensures you have that essential base of knowledge. Continued education fuels your passion, growth, and inspiration, allowing you to embody the qualities that resonate with your students. When you remain dedicated to your own learning, your students will feel that energy and be inspired to approach their own practice with the same commitment and curiosity.
Right now, these sessions are virtual, although I am open to groups meeting in person should the opportunity present itself.
