Asana Practice and Alignment Cues

$85This one-day workshop consists of a guided vinyasa practice followed by an analysis of the sequence. a break-down of the verbal cues used in the class, and practice teaching using principles of eloquent universal cueing. Current and aspiring yoga teachers who want to learn or refine their cueing skills will come away from this workshop with tools and techniques to make their cues as simple, clear, and precise as possible. We’ll cover
– Why less is more when it comes to cueing
– Cueing from the ground up and the inside out
– How to cue movements to breath
– Cueing while keeping a steady breath count
– Cueing to what you see
– Universal cues that work for almost anyone
This will be a fun and interactive workshop that will elevate your teaching skills by simultaneously expanding your cueing vocabulary and simplifying the way you communicate in your classes.
CE credits are available for yoga teachers. There will be a one hour lunch break, with a vegan lunch provided, starting at 1:00 PM each day.
The all-inclusive fee for this workshop is $85.
To insure the quality of training: Registration is limited to 8 participants. Yogis of all levels may participate. Registrations will be validated by payment.
