$20
A great guided meditation is more than relaxation cues and visualization prompts. Your voice, pacing, sensory language, sequencing, and the philosophical ideas behind the meditation all contribute to the experience you create for your students.
In this 90-minute on-demand workshop for yoga teachers, you'll learn how to bring these elements together to lead guided meditations with greater skill and confidence—from short seated meditations to long-form Yoga Nidra.
What You’ll Gain
Guide meditation with greater skill. Learn how to prepare students for meditation, pace your cues, hold space while maintaining your own meditative focus, and use vocal resonance and tonal variety effectively.
Bring yoga philosophy into the experience. Discover how sequencing principles from sankhya-yoga—the yoga of understanding the elements of material nature—can help students turn inward and make higher concepts of yoga philosophy experiential.
Create short- and long-form meditations. Learn how to lead short seated meditation “capsules” and understand the elements and structure of a long-form Yoga Nidra script.
Learn by experiencing it yourself. You'll be guided into and out of meditative experiences and then analyze how the script and style of vocalization produced the desired effect.
BONUS: Sample Meditation Scripts
You'll receive sample scripts you can use verbatim or personalize to create your own guided meditations.
