This is a fun, music-themed workshop that mixes a vigorous vinyasa practice with esoteric principles of yoga philosophy. We’ll explore ways to firmly ground our practice in an elevated intention, make our practice an exercise in purifying our consciousness of egocentricity, learn about latent powers we may not have known we had, and see how our practice can help us be of service to others.
